M&M Association Management began with a passion for helping people and a belief that communities deserve a local management partner they can count on.

For 12 years, Mike Gilbert worked for a local nonprofit overseeing residential programs for at risk youth. It was there that he discovered how much he valued helping others, solving problems, and making a difference in people’s lives. When funding cuts forced the program to close, Mike found a new way to put that passion to work.

He joined a local HOA management company and quickly fell in love with the work. Every day brought something different, from helping homeowners and supporting boards to working through budgets and finding practical solutions to community challenges.

After several years, the company was acquired by a national management firm. Mike embraced the opportunity to learn and grow, earning a promotion to Director of Management. But as his experience grew, so did his desire to offer something more personal: responsive local staff, direct communication, and a management partner actively involved in the communities it serves.

That vision led to the launch of M&M Association Management. Named for Mike and Stacey’s two rambunctious boys, Mikey and Maverick, M&M is a local, family owned company built around responsive service, honest guidance, and affordable HOA management.

For us, taking care of a community starts with taking care of its people. We want boards and homeowners to know who they’re working with, feel comfortable reaching out, and trust that someone will follow through. That personal connection is why we started M&M, and it remains at the heart of how we work.
